Delete your account
Deletion happens in the app, in five steps.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Your account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap Delete account again to finish.
This needs a signed-in development account with a connection and internet access.
What is removed
- Your account.
- Its cloud commitments.
- Associated private proof files.
Separate local demo data remains on the device. Signing out or uninstalling the app is not account deletion.
If the app reports a problem
Follow the result shown in the app. If it says the account is still present, reconnect and retry. If it confirms cloud deletion but reports local cleanup failed, follow its sign-out or device-cleanup instructions; that does not undo cloud deletion. Do not assume deletion succeeded without a confirmation.
This website
This site does not offer automated deletion and has no deletion form. If you cannot sign in, contact support@getcommitr.app for assistance. No fixed completion time, and no erasure deadline for provider backups, is promised.
