Or write to support@getcommitr.app. Include a short description and, if useful, your app version and device model. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. We do not currently promise a response time.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, email us and describe the problem. To delete an account, see Delete Account. Sending a request is not confirmation that an account has been deleted; ownership must be verified and completion confirmed.

Subscriptions

COMMITR is not yet publicly downloadable, so there is nothing to buy or cancel today. For questions, email support.

Verification

Today you report the result yourself during the check-in window and can attach a private photo to your own record. Photos are not automatically verified. Automated proof approval, connected location checks, money penalties and friend messaging are not operational.
